1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in pressed flower materials, dried flower craft kits, and related floral crafting supplies.

2. Are the flowers natural?

Yes. Our products may contain natural dried and pressed floral materials. Because they are natural products, individual flowers may vary in color, shape, size, and texture.

3. Will my flowers look exactly like the pictures?

Not necessarily. Natural floral materials can have variations in appearance. Product photographs are intended to show the general style and contents of the product.

4. Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada and to selected international destinations.

5. How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

6. How long does shipping take?

Canadian orders generally take approximately 3–8 business days after processing.

International orders generally take approximately 7–20 business days after processing.

7. Will international orders have customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.

8. Can I return my order?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at material@dryblossomkits.com. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear.
