Because dried flowers and natural floral materials are organic products, individual pieces may naturally vary in color, shape, size, texture, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information are accurate. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device, monitor, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of floral materials.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, and other website information when necessary.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

All prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government fees may apply depending on the destination country.

4. Shipping

We ship orders within Canada and to selected international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Canada Shipping

For Canadian addresses, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–8 business days after the order has been processed.

International Shipping

International orders generally arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after processing, depending on the destination country, shipping service, customs procedures, and local postal conditions.

International delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. International Customs and Duties

6. Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

7. Returns

The product must generally be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.

Because our products may contain natural dried flowers and floral materials, products that have been opened, used, altered, mixed with other materials, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a product defect, incorrect item, or fulfillment error, we will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns caused by change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

9. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, the refunded amount may require an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable for returns that are not caused by a product defect or our fulfillment error.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide your order information and, when possible, clear photographs showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement materials, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Dried and pressed floral materials are natural products. Variations in:

• Texture

• Natural markings
• Dryness
• Arrangement

may occur from one kit to another.

These natural differences are part of the character of dried floral products and do not necessarily indicate a quality problem.
