Refund & Return Policy

At Not Even Solomon Pressed Floral Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our pressed flower and dried flower craft materials.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please contact:

Please do not send a return without receiving return instructions from us.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Complete with included materials
• Properly packaged
• Suitable for resale

Due to the nature of dried and pressed floral materials, products that have been opened, used, altered, mixed with other materials, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may provide a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to personal preference, ordering the wrong product, or other non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, the refund will normally be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return may be refused when:

• The 30-day return period has expired
• The product has been used
• The product has been altered or damaged by the customer
• The product has been mixed with other materials
• The product is no longer suitable for resale
• The customer cannot provide sufficient order information
