Shipping Policy

Not Even Solomon Pressed Floral Inc. ships pressed flower materials, dried flower craft kits, and related products to customers in Canada and selected international destinations.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During weekends, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are not normally processed on Canadian statutory holidays.

2. Canada Shipping

We offer shipping to addresses throughout Canada where our delivery services are available.

3–8 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier workload, weather, and other transportation conditions.

3. International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time:

7–20 business days after order processing

International orders may take longer because of customs clearance, import procedures, local carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs authorities may also open or inspect packages, which can result in additional delivery delays.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after the package is handed to the carrier.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can review the shipment.

For packages showing as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before further investigation.

8. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days and provide photographs of the package and product.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate solution.

9. Natural Floral Materials

Our products may contain natural dried and pressed flowers. Minor variations in color, size, shape, texture, and appearance are normal and should be expected.

Such natural variations are not necessarily shipping damage or product defects.
